As the Owner and Principal of Lita McKell & Associates Realty, Lita is very dedicated to her profession.

She offers very personal, efficient service and unlike larger agencies, when clients deal with Lita McKell & Associates Realty, they deal with the Principal.

Lita has 22 years of extensive experience in the real estate industry and has owned her own agency for four years.

As a very people orientated person, Lita realised that real estate was the profession for her after just a two month trial.

She began her real estate career in Brisbane and when she moved to Canberra she took up property management.

In 1994, she took a new path in the industry by working in commercial and business real estate and then opened Lita McKell & Associates Realty in 1998.
